Meet The Experts Behind Cleanology
Paul Needelman | Owner
Paul Needelman was born and raised in the Detroit, Michigan area and is proud to bring Midwest values to his work and community. A graduate of Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Paul has built an impressive career with a solid foundation in residential real estate—spanning roles in apartment and home building management, appraisal, and over a decade as a licensed mortgage broker.
In 2010, Paul shifted his focus to entrepreneurship and business growth in Southern California by purchasing Cleanology. Under his leadership, Cleanology has flourished, earning an A+ rating from the BBB and a 4.7-star rating on Google Reviews. The company has also been repeatedly recognized as San Diego’s Best Housekeeping Service by Modern Luxury Magazine, San Diego Magazine, and the U-T Annual Reader’s Poll for six consecutive years.
Beyond business, Paul is devoted to his family—his wife Amy Krause, their children Sophie and Dev, and grandchildren Max and Emilia. He is also passionate about giving back, actively supporting a number of local, national, and international charities and foundations. Paul’s dedication to service, integrity, and community is at the heart of everything he does.
Mary Diaz | Office Manager
Mary Diaz has been an essential part of the Cleanology team since 2020, bringing her organizational skills and positive energy to the office each day. Originally from New Jersey, Mary earned her bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from National University, adding a well-rounded educational perspective to her role.
Beyond her professional life, Mary is a proud mom to four amazing children, two dogs and three fish. She’s also a devoted grandma to two pups and three cats, ensuring there’s never a dull moment at home.
When Mary isn’t keeping the Cleanology office running smoothly, you’ll most likely find her on the pickleball court, enjoying her favorite pastime and always ready to challenge a new opponent. Let her know if you’re up for a game!
Angie Rodriguez | Business Growth Manager
Angie Rodriguez joined Cleanology in September 2021, quickly becoming an invaluable part of the team. Born and raised in Mexico, Angie relocated to San Diego in 2016 and brings a dynamic, multicultural perspective to her work. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Angie is the proud mother of a young son and daughter.
Angie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila and has over 20 years of professional experience spanning Recruiting, Training, Sales, and Customer Service. Her natural curiosity and drive to continually learn keep her at the forefront of new tools and best practices in the industry.
At Cleanology, Angie wears many hats—from customer service and scheduling to housekeeper registration, loyalty program leadership, special projects, and system troubleshooting. Her diverse skill set and dedication play a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence throughout the company.
Linda Soto | Customer Service Manager
Linda Soto joined the Cleanology team in 2023, bringing her warm personality and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. As the proud mother of four daughters, grandmother to nine, and great-grandmother to two, Linda’s nurturing spirit shines through in all her interactions both at work and at home.
When she’s not ensuring a positive experience for clients, Linda enjoys cheering on the Padres at baseball games and spending fun-filled days at amusement parks with her family. Her passion for people and enthusiasm for life make her a valued member of the Cleanology team.
